Informujemy, że decyzją Zarządu PFRON z dnia 3 września 2020 r. został wydłużony termin na złożenie wniosku o pomoc finansową w formie dofinansowania kosztów związanych z zapewnieniem opieki w warunkach domowych w ramach Modułu III programu. Wnioski o dofinansowanie można składać do 15 października 2020 r.

Konsekwencją wydłużenia terminu na składanie wniosków jest zmiana kryterium stanowiącego, że pomoc finansowa w ramach Modułu III udzielana jest osobom niepełnosprawnym, które na skutek wystąpienia sytuacji kryzysowych spowodowanych chorobami zakaźnymi utraciły, w okresie od dnia 9 marca 2020 roku do dnia 15 października 2020 roku (dotychczas obowiązywał termin 4 września 2020 roku), możliwość korzystania (przez okres co najmniej 5 kolejnych następujących po sobie dni roboczych) z opieki świadczonej w placówce rehabilitacyjnej.
